I think these reports could be great! 

I created a quizlet account and copied all of my practice exam questions, course questions, etc into it and just hammered the flash cards/ practice tests every free minute i had.  

If the tenant doesn't like that situation, they are free to obtain their own appliances.

They probably didn't have a listing agreement with the seller.This is something I can report to Ca Department of Real Estate, and AG office.
