Third the builders here continue to build new housing again flooding the market with competitive priced new homes that can be purchased for what a house built 12 + years ago.Even with all of this going on I believe I have found a niche where I can invest.Hope that answers your question.

They are too maxed to sell it, but are willing to continue to carry the second to get out.I dont see how I could sell it later because of the second, renting would get me just about 2k month.
