I tried downloading the BP app for my iPhone 12pro and the App Store said that the app is no longer available.

I would like a software that helps store notes, estimate costs, and provides reports that you can present to lenders/investors.

My think is that I can use shed to store landlord stuff (not as rental) and rent out rest of house.

(some of this was HOA dues, property taxes, so not closing fees per say) Needed *nothing* but $100 worth of L.E.D lights.Property Manager advertised the rental for 2 weeks - we got less applicants then anticipated buy 2 were strong.

I have sent this travel nurse links to go through with my full application process which includes a credit check, background check, etc. 

Usually applicants will pay the fee for a background check, but in this occasion should I waive the fee for the inherited tenant? 

Thats kind.In another recent thread on DSCR lenders (google able) basically commercial lenders for 30 yr fixed rate rental loans that do not depend on your income (DTI), low reserve requirements vs FANNIE (AKA Bank loans) and today insanely low interest rates;    - lendinghome - easy to apply and mostly automated application and underwriting system. 

I started renting a small storage unit where I can keep any extra refrigerator (these had been difficult to find in my local big box stores lately), range and washer and dryer as needed (including if my own washer/dryer suddenly kicks the bucket).
