We are just getting started in investing here in Charlotte.

We are helping investors buy good cash flow properties in Metro Atlanta.  

Kids are 4 and 2, so they wear themselves out daily playing in the woods. 

We are likely going to fix and flip a couple SFH's to start, and then buy and hold moving forward (all depends on the deal and location of homes though).

I contacted the owner and at first he insisted it wasn’t his responsibility but since I had notified him and we are neighbors, he eventually agreed to pay half of the tree removal cost, no insurance was involved.

We are looking for local GC's and plan to have a short list in the next couple of weeks.

We are in the process of moving to Marietta/Smryna GA and plan to use a 203k loan to fund a multi-family property.

I know there are many pros and cons to every strategy, and we are open to all suggestions and strategies, but through the research we have done we seem to find these three to be the most promising when starting out.

BUT we have the time to do this bc we are young and don't have kids yet.
