Quebec has beautiful mountains and lakes, better than Ontario in my opinion but not as good as BC. with people fleeing the cities due to COVID, they have to go somewhere and Quebec is a nice place to live with many small towns near lakes and mountains.3) Montreal - one of the best cities in North America with a rapidly growing tech scene. this is already triggering an appreciation wave outward from Montreal.4) population boom?

Of course they’ll be up over time, but this increase has been so rapid, I assume in another 2-3 years the Covid effect will go away and they’ll decrease to a “normal rate”.
