Short Term Vacation Rental or Sell?

Been working on getting the townhouse ready for short term vacation rental. However I just looked at the Zillow price (which I know is not accurate) that is +207% from my purchase price. I'm debating on still making this a short term vacation rental (sleeps 8, on a golf course, 1st tee, Tempe, AZ, minutes away from downtown, scottsdale and airport) or selling and taking profits to reinvest while putting 20% down on something new. I'm still hesitant to pull the trigger on either.

@Edward Mosqueda run the numbers and opportunity cost on both options then go with the one that gets you closer to your current goals. Good luck. Great decision to be in the middle of!
