There are so many forums and topics, and I know you have a unique perspective and have specific knowledge that many other members don't know about.

Brokers and bankers who work with various "investors" who buy the loans on the back end are going to be more beneficial, as they will have more access to special/unique programs and more experience and willingness to work with you. - On most of the foreign investors seeking mortgage loans, you're going to be looking at non-QM programs.

So this is a bit of a unique property in that it is the only piece available to purchase of anywhere near its size.
