Hi, how is your open house going today, much traffic? 

I tried this question in "Property Insurance Questions & Discussions" but don't think that category gets as much traffic sorry for the duplicate post but hoping for feedback.Closing on a SFR Friday and in the process of getting insurance our agent asked if I wanted to insure contents.

That is a lot of traffic in a small window of time.  

Traffic here sucks, but, your guy's weather is awesome vs.

We did buy one property for 0% down - the relevant info on the seller motivation was he had a hard property to sell, it needed a lot of work and not much traffic.  

Beyond that, I'd eventually like to own 6+ unit complexes (especially the types with retail on the ground floor in areas with heavy foot traffic, I've always loved that concept). 

There are certainly some cheaper area's outside of where I live, probably more of a 45-60 minute drive to get there simply because of traffic (only maybe 20 miles or so).

I've also noticed that with keyword alerts, the traffic to my ads have jumped.

I decided that I needed to work on my exit plan from my current job and I bought this interesting book called "How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" which led me to finding this forum and the BP podcast (I try to listen to daily--it's a great distraction from traffic driving home from work).

The two units in question are both located in Miami Beach area in high traffic locations.
