No bathroom fixtures...just a hole in floor where toilet had been...most of the copper wiring ripped out.

I am working on a cape now that will have a free standing soaking tube, stand up 4 x 5 frameless shower in travatine, double sink floating vanity and water closet for toilet.

They are always flushing nonsense down the toilet.

Now it seems I have a toilet that has some issues.

I was very fortunate when I started because I had a mentor for the first few years and was blessed to start in the land business; I never had to deal with those pesky, leaking toilets.

She threatens me with small claims court and tells me all this is normal wear and tear and "how can I expect not to find hair on the toilet after someone has lived there a year".

Now for the last 2 weeks it's been a real inconvience to them because the only running water comes out of the bath tub, toilet doesn't flush.

@Aaron Mazzrillo  I once flew straight threw  4hours 20 from KDEN to Santa Monica.none stop peed in my little porta toilet though. .one tank of gas  of course my tank holds 82 gallons and I was doing 200 miles an hour... :)

Be careful as this can get hair if they squat I would push the closing date out and offer to get a moving crew....
