Wholesalers have stuff but they usually require rehab and the property emails I get (not many because I'm not actively looking) are not good deals.

If you hit a time limit you have for yourself to sell and still haven't had offers, that would be a good time to start answering the endless stream of phone calls, emails, and door knocks you'll get from agents looking to list for you. 

Ask a local Realtor to set up an auto email in the MLS for that specific property.

Memphis invest is good but usually within 5-10mins of receiving inventory email it's gone.
