I've personally been to seminars in the past where I heard the lecturer promote ideas that would be 100% prohibited by IRS rules - but it sure sounded like that IRA was free money that folks could use as part of their new get rich quick business and had the room excited.  

Obviously, I don't know everything and I won't promote myself as such but I can certainly provide some insight.  

They are watching  habits/tendencies.We used Frontpoint which promotes it's tenant friendly - it can move with tenant.

These days internet marketing plays a key role in business promotions.

Where you would have had issues is if you had already had stationary and promotional material costing thousands already in order.

Housing has not only several powerful groups promoting "the American dream" of home ownership, but its also embedded deeply in government policies.

I think "House Hacking" is a great idea for many situations, and love these guys are out promoting creative ideas to new investors, and generating new members for BP.  

What's great about these loans is because the market has demanded it, there are several gyrations to each lender that provides these loans which really promotes competition.  

This is on top of any incentives or promotions currently offered by the builder.

You will be amazed at the differences in fees, promote, preferred returns, sponsor's track record, experience etc..You need to get comfortable with the investment itself and the structure.
