Looking for a good negotiating agent to purchase a vacation home

I need an excellent agent to help me find the right vacation home and get me a good deal.  Any recommendations?

Also any feedback on Storey Lake this is an area of interest to me.

Hi Lindsey,  I just found your post. I you are looking purchasing a new home by Lennar in Storey Lake, we can help you! We specialize in new construction home purchases and have helped numerous clients purchase with Lennar. Builder's usually are very strict about not negotiating at all or very minimally on prices of their homes. We do advise our clients, that we can always offer less for them, or try to get some extra upgrades thrown in, but it is rare that Builder's will accept this with how strong the market is for them right now, but it's worth a try! Because of very little room for price negotiations on new homes, we offer a 2% New Home Rebate when you use us (We Give Realty) to represent you in your new home purchase. This is 2% of the purchase price of your new home that we pay you at closing - usually is applied to closing costs. So for example, $6,000 on a $300,000 new home purchase!!
