Your LLC will need to be set up by an attorney and prices vary by attorney.

Hard money lenders also don't really like to lend to owner-occupants due to compliance issues, so I guess it depends on exactly how you set up the process.

For these reasons, I obviously don't want to set up a showing.

If not, I'll deal with it - I should have pressured the repair person for the invoice sooner, so that's a lesson learned there.So in my case, we'll see.
