As mentioned in the title, I'm new to real estate investing I'm wondering if there's anyone out there with experience with the co-living strategy using pressurized walls in Las Vegas.

Don't set up an LLC at all. 

I'm looking for referrals for a custodian, tax attorney, and a CPA to set one up and advise me.

@Ricky Smith if you continue to expand, how will you hire help w/o a PMC set up?

And if it were set up where everything went through a title company so the buyer pays the title company, they manage the buyer's loan (from me), and the title company ensures my mortgage is paid without my direct involvement... what parts of the transaction would feel risky or not worth the headache to you? 

Why not just set up sole prop?

I also pressure washed the exterior of the units and raised rents to market rent.

The bigger concern I would have is low pressure due to blocked pipes, especially to the bathrooms.
