You need to reconsider following your heart and dreams everywhere. 

If you use it and they have heart burn about it, you will get a phone call or a letter asking you to take it down.

They typically make commissions equivalent to one year of your premium payments and have a vested interest selling the policy to you, they do not have your interest at heart.

We told them to avoid certain areas of LA for safety reasons, as a light-hearted joke, but some of them just couldn't understand that concept.

It ain't for the weak of heart or the "persecution complex" crowd, that's for sure. 

But you can buy and sell property for yourself to your heart's content (or whatever your budget allows) without having a realtor's license.Is that a general question or do you have something in mind?
