Can I use previous listing photos

If I am going to rent a home that I own, is it acceptable to use the photos which were listed when I purchased the property (just over a 2 years ago)? There have not been any changes to the property, there’s no mention of ownership of the photos, and the photos are still available on the listing. I’ve heard various opinions on this, so I wanted to check with the BP community. Thanks!

Any photos taken by another cannot legally be used without their express permission. It's considered a violation of copyright law and you can be sued for some pretty hefty fines, even if you agree to remove them immediately. Don't use someone else's work without getting their permission in writing.
