Why would a retailer of building materials and home products be an objective party to an inspection?

Upon further inspection I found a bent metal object in the crease.

Reason being, there are different types of ownership and you should NOT get into your first property without having clearly defined objectives.

I will admit doing this for my 1400 member group took a lot of organization and planning.

Lastly, I think most investors who do end up scaling do it organically rather than following a formula...and they make tons of pivots on the way that are not aligned at all with the original formula (markets, interests, and opportunities change).
