I read in a CNN article that depreciation expense can now be deducted from all other types of income with no limit (See below).

I have seen a couple of quotes in recent articles and I don't think the messaging is as powerful as it should be.Think back to the evil banks- they got their trade groups out and polished up their image. 

Also, they feel the current valuation of the commercial property is no longer fair market value compared from the beginning of 2020, pre-covid-19.The Seller's are obviously not happy to hear of the news, and most definitely will not agree and accept a 20%+ devaluation of their commercial property.

I just read an article about the Chinese Real Estate market and it came back to them like an elastic.

@Chris Mooney the good news is that you don't need to do anything special to take advantage of the tax laws for your primary residence.
