Otherwise I can probably get most things repaired or replaced for less than he deductible  Most of the big insurance agencies will have you paying premiums of twice what you have paid for a rental property here in Oklahoma.  

I would wager a guess than any town of ~60,000 or less people may have less agents per capita or at the very least they be easier to edge out than the streamlined agencies in big cities.
