Good Morning BP Universe,Yesterday I came across a property on my local (Cincinnati) REIA website.

Our meetups each have a Facebook page and their own website where wholesalers post their deals directly to members of the group which consist of Real Estate Agents, Contractors, Investors, etc. who are all looking for a great deal.I've also seen wholesalers list their deals here on BiggerPockets under "Marketplace" > "Real Estate Listings".

This is an  awesome website and everyone is so helpful.  

Additionally, many of the tools that new (and seasoned) investors use are the websites that EVERYBODY uses – Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.

With that being said are there any other ways to find how a property was paid for besides the county website?

the best place for a rental contract is from the Edmonton landlord advisory board website.

In the end, the only solution that worked for him was to allow me (more specifically – my JV partners) to purchase his home for what he owed on it.

I am unfamiliar with a website for this information. 

Looking for best online resources to find properties with more than 4 units.  Any suggestions?
