Hello BP,I am new to real estate investing and while there is a lot of advice on running comps on the internet, I wanted to get your tips for running comps on homes.

Go home for 2 weeks on my days off I find my self looking for properties around the country on the internet, crunching numbers and or working on the properties that I currently have 6 to 10 hours a day, Either my self or managing contractors.

If you are open at using someone that is not local to you (now with the technology, internet, etc. you don't have to have to use someone with the brick and mortar office to walk into) then I could give you a recommendation. 

SEO can work but with paid traffic be it Internet/direct mail or whatever, if you have the right message and the right market with the right call to action,  you have a great chance to turn $1 into $2 or more.

I know there are lots of free resources on the internet I can use, that's where I could use your help.
