Your best bet for finding renters is to market to employees at the Honda plant.

Anything else is just you being an employee in multiple businesses. 

Any employees I may have need to be covered tho.Others states laws may be different.

I know many can relate.I loved my job and I work to be the best husband, father and employee I could be… and doing that I really put off planning our financial future.

What I have learned thru those experiences is That I do a MUCH better job managing my portfolio and that  a 13/hr employee at the PM just does not have the skills to manage millions of $$ in RE.
