How's the title being formulated for foreign buyer ?

I am not recommending any foreign country at present.

Is the foreign cash no longer driving up prices?

For ex.

I am involved in foreign currencies.

I have an LLC registered in one state, but find a property to wholesale in another, do I have to register my LLC as a foreign LLC to do business in that state?

I know I'm coming to this thread a bit late but as you probably know by now, foreigners (you don't look Thai) are prohibited from buying land in Thailand.  

@Latrisa Here's a link to the map where STRs are not allowed in Galveston: https://www.galvestonparkboard.org/DocumentCenter/View/1785/...However, I also maintain a list of neighborhoods that "allow" STR but add stipulations such as the requirement for rentals to be weekly (not less than 7 days) or that a maximum number of guests (12 for ex) are allowed at one property regardless of bedroom size.

We are a very international city, we lead the nation in percentage of jobs linked to foreign companies. 

That avoids any “foreign load” issues.
