In other words, take online reviews with a grain of salt...sometimes they are just unhappy because they did not get their way; sometimes they are an unhappy competitor fighting dirty; and, sometimes, they are related to, or friends of, the Owners and are just trying to build them up.

In reality it is probably a 2 year right if they really want to fight it. 

They hold a vote and 7 of 10 owners vote to adopt restriction.Just curious if anyone has experience fighting something like this.
