I'm in a large metro area, and due to low inventory and higher prices am exploring smaller markets that appear to offer promising investments.

I had an error with firefox, and Internet Explorer loads slowly as well, esp for the contact fill-out forms.

In the end the ideas, while exciting to explore, would fizzle out because the return was too little for the amount of hard work required and the time missed with family.

I'm wondering what the circumstances are on this, as this depends on how the financing was set up and if the lender knows it's in a business entity with a commercial or personal loan.....just exploring at this point.The other is taking a one half undivided interest and refinancing it together, both on the note, then the seller can exit later selling the interest, when that is paid he conveys that interest but stays on the note and deed of trust.

I am flexible to locations in the U.S. as I am willing to explore all possibilities that grab my attention.
