Hi Everyone!

I'm Kanise and I'm from the Norfolk area. although I currently live in South Korea I will be returning to that area when my contract is up. I'm not completely new to real estate as I was formerly a real estate agent and city inspector. However, I am new to the investment side of real estate. I bought my first house in 2011 as my primary residence and I currently rent it out.

I want to acquire more rental properties, preferably multifamily properties. I'm learning about the process of using my home equity to fund down payments for other properties. But since i've been exploring this site now I'm really interested in subject to's as well. My first goal is to buy an investment property buy August so I can rent it to students.

This is an amazing site and I've learned so much already and hope to continue to learn from you all! Thanks for having me!
