@Josh Corriveau Depending on your state laws, other things you can inherit when buying at a First mtg auction…..current/past property taxes, past hoa fees with or without a recorded lien, code enforcement/utility liens that may not be recorded…and other possibilities depending on the state.

Currently all developers have seized operations on condo conversions and development projects on properties like that because the city has started enforcing laws that deters people from condo such as a 12 month waiting period and allowing tenants to get first rights to the units once converted.

How much is this code enforced generally?
