STRs Avoiding Conway due to regulations
Just recently shied away from a possible STR in Conway after reading all of the news re: STR regulations/lawsuits/cease and desist citations. Yikes. Any recommendations on the best surrounding towns for STRs? Looking for a second home that we can rent to off set our costs. Bartlett seems ok regulation-wise but supply is slim. Any guidance would be great. Willing to look as far north as Jackson. Thanks!
