The good part is that the house stayed dry.

That money can be dried up really fast and then she is put in a bad position.  

And to me the risk, however slight is just not worth it....even the weekly cleaning is impacted by more pet hairs, smudges, spills, etc.

Equity can dry up with a real estate crash.

However, we tropically start seeing a bit more bookings for early next year (2023) than we currently have, so it is safe to say the bookings have slowed a hair.
