I am trying to find the best software solution to help me set-up and manage a small handful of rent-to-own single-unit residential properties (some are SFH, some are mobile-homes, all include some amount of land).

It's a nice creative solution where a standard wholesale flip doesn't make sense.

Although an even better solution is to buy a 4 plex using an FHA loan, rent out the other three units and then rent out the empty rooms in your unit as well.

Simple solution was to send a letter to all the tenants stating they would be charge if found guilty but they failed to do so.

Any non HML solutions?
