Rent-To-Own SPECIFIC management software?

Hi all: TIA for help! I am trying to find the best software solution to help me set-up and manage a small handful of rent-to-own single-unit residential properties (some are SFH, some are mobile-homes, all include some amount of land). It's different from standard rentals, as renters pay property taxes and additional towards principle, etc. and I need to be able to amortize too. I am too dumb to handle excel beyond Windows '95, lol, so I'm hoping for something that's dummy user friendly (if that's not too much to ask!)
