I had told him months prior to hop on BP & other sources, and steal the lead gen / marketing ideas used by listing agents and wholesalers, with the difference being that he's 100x more credible because unlike everyone else he ACTUALLY already has a buyer in hand with valid proof of funds, legit preapproval, and the whole 9 yards -- that buyer of course being himself.
