Hello coach, if you have an LLC you should be able to put the LLC down as the buyer.

Then ongoing coaching etc.

Ideally, it is an ongoing experience and very different than a coaching or bootcamp program that is more vertical than peer-oriented.

I'm also getting started in commercial real estate sales in the San Francisco area and have established some significant goals for myself.Primarily, I aim to grow sales and generate $1M+ in my mid to late twenties (I have a plan and coach, but I won't list it here as I am focusing on the investment aspect).

I bought a few of the guru programs and a coaching program and learned rather quickly that everyone was looking to make some easy money and didn't really care to actually help if you needed it with your deals.
