But for myself, I prefer a more smoother path.  

@Matt Katsaris rest assured, this is normal practice.There was a lawsuit several years back against a title company that had an employee steal the escrow money.  

You can always post numbers here and we can all help analyze, or if you prefer, you can always PM me or anyone else and go over info if you'd rather not be so public. 

Not afraid an prefer sweat equity but don't like crumbling foundations or lack of a basement especially with our climate!

If it is just one or two, I would replace with solid wood so they all match.I personally prefer solid doors.

*We would rather sell our entire property and move..we prefer not to have so much activity in our backyard.We would have to find a place.
