BiggerPockets has a wealth of information at your disposal, so be a sponge and soak it up.Second, I would consider joining a real estate investment club in your area so you can network with other investors and real estate professionals local to you.

Another way is going to local real estate clubs or events and network with like-minded people that have some success.You can select any area to work in with the best statistics. 

This site is great for resources when it comes to real estate investing and building your network.

If your time is low, you may want to network with a good wholesaler or real estate agent to help you find rental properties.
