Hello, I need some advice and TIA.Bought a house and got ah stop working order without doing any work, went to the city previous owners did work with no permits city told them and they did it anyway and sold the house even tho being notified.

Also we are aging and not feeling great physically working on houses.

My PMS already has this built in and I know many others are working on the same idea.

So I now work a job I did in the AF as a contractor on the base I retired from.

Again I think this will only work if the taxes don't require escrowing $500 to $600 per month for an area like Park Forest.  

This guy has been living in mom's house, not working, not building his credit.
