Im currently doing my first modular flip and it has me stressed out constantly. 

I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!

Having your investment local to you, you’ll have a much less stressful time managing it and the services you contract with it.

@Robert Nelson another newbie here but I’m fighting with the same choices, I would say if it’s possible to save for your first deal I would do that, it takes a lot of stress away from the process cause you don’t have to try and figure out a way to make the deal happen from a wholesale standpoint.

.:)With all that said, I can't stress enough how incredibly beneficial it can be to come from behind your keyboard and get out and meet people.

We're not stressing though.

My c class they are always pretty stressed and money is in short demand so they will do their best and give sometimes their last to pay on time because they know they will get evicted.

I did 20 doors my first year and that was only, and I stress, only because of great mentors I was able to learn from that I'm forever grateful and indebted to!

I'm stressed over this and thinking about selling.

However there is a stress-premium people pay as well, compared to my friends who have fourplexes and triplexes.
