If you're willing to travel, what about other markets around you?

I'm an avid world traveler, and I'm always working towards that next adventure whenever I'm back home.  

I normally have at least two properties in contract so that it's worth my travel time.

People wanted me to consult for opening of the businesses etc. but I didn't want to travel around and do that all the time.

I'm definitely not opposed to traveling to learn the ropes or help with deals.

That type of activity is what gives wholesalers a bad name; leaving seller after seller with empty promises and moreProblems than solutions.having dealt with the ORegon regulators if someone made a habit of this and they had a complaint filed with the AG or DRE  there would be some major problems.. this market is so tight and competitive though there is no way any one bird dog is going to do much of anything any way unless they just tie up homes that have little to no equity in them and they never close anyway..

Asking someone to change the habit isn't going to happen very easily. 

I am looking for some mortgage brokers, title companies and attorneys who deal with creative real estate in New York City if possible in Queens, NY but I am willing to travel to the boroughs if need be.
