I am slowly meeting people in the space but it seems that I’m finding a ton of people who “want to do it” and very few who are actually doing it.

Nothing gets installed on top of the planking cause they need to expand and retract with temperature changes, plus you need at least 1/4" space between the flooring  plank and baseboards or walls to allow for movement

On this thread are some of the brightest minds in the "cost seg" space so please don't take their comments poorly. 

Each unit has its own separate driveway, separate utilities, 2 separate street numbers (one deed for the property) and the lot is oversized so there is ample space for each unit.
