Is someone knows about the process???

My reasons for joining BiggerPockets is to network with others in real estate as I learn the wholesale process.

I'm in the process of buying a 1st DOT on a property that has fire damage.

It looks like the only participant in the process is the taxman. 

I may need to put on the tool belt more in the beginning, but hope to automate the process as much as possible and employ as many people, creating value in their lives  Thanks again Dave.Ray Sample

I remember the first time I saw a project delivery diagram, it dawned on me who really makes the decisions in the building process...the owner.

I know choosing the right Property Management can be a difficult process, make sure to interview your Property Manager first.

I'd like to get your take on the process, contractors etc.

Find a RE broker that owns property and has been working full time in RE for at least 10 years, ( from before the market crashed) this way you'll know they are knowledgeable about the process, area, and investment properties!
