Hi BP friends,I'm beginning the real estate investing journey, and while I'm still in the research/learning phase of things (reading, REIA meetings, etc.), I already feel a bit of paralysis on what type of RE I should consider.

I know it was a little bit of a read, but the process I took has helpful in understanding where I stood in this time in the economy. 

I have been reading and listening to the podcast religiously every day and also trying to practice analyzing deals to prepare for finding my next property.I know this is the most important skill to hone to become an effective investor and I fully understand the process.
