Dear All --Here are two ways to answer this 'prohibited name-words' question specifically for every state - and avoid getting everyone's opinion and/or experience with some state other than the one in which you are interested:  Google the state law on LLC or corporation, or whatever legal entity you are considering.

A buyer is prohibited from paying any consideration/deposit or recording the contract until the five business day period has expired.

In May of 1970 the US Supreme Court ruled a person can require the USPS to issue an injunction against a mailer prohibiting future mailings if the recipient deemed the mail 'offensive' in any way.

The Son working for the contractor would be a huge concern to me....the prohibited transaction rule might well be triggered with this set of relationships.
