The market does not produce cash flow, it does not have extremely cheap leverage, and it does not have enormous tax advantages.

When I went to refinance a home in dallas I was informed by multiple banks stating that I could not refinance for a cash out. I am more than happy to read up on this, can someone lead in the right direction?

I'm now having trouble selling the property due to the lenders not wanting to lend to the buyer because then their loan would be in 2nd position while the PACE would be in the 1st position, meaning that the PACE would need to be paid off first before the FHA loan.

I have assisted in flipping other properties but am having trouble starting due to the down payment and financing.

Hello all,My property management company is having some trouble renting out one of the units in my recently acquired duplex (It doesn't help that it is the dead of winter in Wisconsin, lesson learned). 

Now, when the graduate also has a $350 car payment, increased insurance costs, $7,000 in credit card debt, and goes on multiple vacations per year that cost $1,200, that is where they get in trouble. 

That unto itself will get you in trouble.
