I think your odds are small, but greatly improved if you approach them with your logic, and as a human. 

Word of caution: If you are going to list it make sure you get an appraisal, inspection and a BPO. 

There is a local primary school (West Hill Primary) and a secondary school in Ottery (Kings School) with both schools rated as "outstanding" by Ofstead.
