Wholesaling may not be as physically demanding, but you will likely be doing a lot of marketing, meetings with sellers, building buyers lists, etc.Bottom line: I would definitely get started and don't let the time commitment stand in your way.

Speaking of college my son made the Dean's list his freshman year and this Aug will be turning 19 yrs old and starting his sophomore year at MTSU. ( Proud parent moment, my badd) Back on the subject, my injury occurred last May, after months of physical therapy and learning to walk again I had time to read a few books.

Chicago may very well be a good flipping market, but I am not a big fan of buy and hold in Chicago ( including most of the Midwest ) as the property taxes are between 2.5 - 3% of the property value.
