I have a front row seat to some of the things I've said in life, and trust me, there was minimal accuracy in some of it.  

We're on good terms with the seller as he is aware the constant delays have nothing to do with us. 

I can do 5 "Subject To's" in 5 months and make $100,000 without contractors, zoning, delays, carrying costs, banks , weather delays, decisions on paint colors, decisions on tile for the upstairs spare bathroom, etc, etc, etc.

On a SFR - you really need to be able to get a high nightly rate with minimal vacancy in order to make the numbers work.

This will be a 2 week delay for us which potentially can be mitigated with a quicker close on the back end.
