@Evan Loader Not sure if you've tried these methods but i would try going to your local multifamily investor meets up, attending larger multifamily conferences and networking with Sponsors on social media platforms like BP and linkedlin. 

I took the opportunity to venture outside of the hotel to look at the local real estate market.

The hard money lenders we deal with mainly focus on local rehabbers with history. 

I plan to hand write the letter to keep it personable and local.

Would love to catch up one day to discuss the local market.

Sharkbite did release a new reinforced press on fitting but I don't yet trust it enough to use one behind a wall.Plumbers in my area also prefer plastic fittings over brass due to hard water although I have yet to see a brass fitting fail locally.
