You may be surprised in who you inspire with your success. 

It's been a while since I posted, which doesn't  mean I have "fizzled" or fell flat in my quest for real estate riches and financial freedom :) Quite the contrary, this community continue to give me inspiration and motivation to continue with real estate investing; and more importantly, allow me to connect with like minded individuals.

I have wanted to dabble in real estate for years but i had to find a sure thing the first time around so my wife and I would be inspired to do this again soon.

Very inspiring and loaded with helpful information.

With that said, finding better cash flow is very appealing and some of the stories we are hearing makes me want to consider that.I do find @Michael Swan aka Swannys story on his BP podcast inspiring on how he did that - I did previously speak with Swanny over the phone and he is straightforward on his challenges and how he worked to get where he is - thank you for that Swanny!
