Rented to a friend that I have known since I was 10 that was also from NY that was just looking to start a new life somewhere else.

One of my goals in this journey is to give my awesome wife and wonderful 8 month old daughter a better life. 

It's hard to imagine after spending the first 55 years of life in Beautiful Seattle that it has become this hellhole, but that is why we left.

School has been an issue with my youngest (learning disabilities) She can't quit her job until we replace her yearly income + healthcare (roughly 24K bring home + health) That being said, when you started in real estate investing how soon did you start using the income to live off of?

This is the part of my story that isn't repeatable as it involves getting run over by a truck and Flight for Life.

I recently turned 20 years old and am working on setting long term goals for my real estate career, as well as life.

You are at a great point in your life and the potential for building wealth is limitless.
