Unfortunate the pmi doesn't fall of.

@Cory Elder,I had to laugh at your post if you tried that in real life trying to hide something by saying it is only worth this amount but running it through a dozen LLCs make it look like your property is worth less than it is a good lawyer will spot that and start chipping away until the house of cards falls, and then you did all that for nothing.

If you added all of that time up and figured your hourly wage, where would it fall?

I had one deal fall through but I'm working on one now.

I had to send $60 into the state for a processing fee and I should be able to take the test this fall.

I've done some research on wholesaing and I found out there are 4 situations a seller usually falls in 1. seller on house free and clear2. seller have some equity3. seller have no equity4. seller upside downI understand what to do in situations 1 and 4, but not so sure what to do for sellers in situations 2 and 3.

I've been looking at jobs for real estate analyst positions here in Chicago, which falls in line with my degree in economics.

This fall, I'll graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, fluent in Spanish and conversant in French and Italian.
